Eyeliner is really in fashion. Just walking along the Ave and 95+% of the college girls have noticeable eyeliner — and about half of them seem to have an entire pencil (bottle or whatever) of liner on (in addition to eyeshadow). Anyone know why raccoon eyes are back in style?
